Distances from various amenities:
Dymchurch Sands: 20 seconds - 1 minute, depending on walking pace.*
The High Street (with shops, amusements, funfair): 3-5 minutes walk along the Sea Wall.
Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway Station: 10 minute walk (along High Street, into Mill Road and St Mary's Road)
Pubs: City of London (2 minutes); The Ocean (5 minutes); The Ship (5 minutes); The Neptune (15 minutes).
There are various shops in the village, including a Tesco Express, which is open from 7am until 11pm.
Number of Guests: The Top Apartment has one room with a double bed and one with two singles, so sleep up to four guests. The Garden apartment has an additional "trundle bed", so sleeps up to five. If you require any clarification regarding this, please contact us.
Parking: Parking is provided for cars. Please ask for further information if you have a larger vehicle.
Gas and Heating are included.
Linen: Bed linen is included in the price - we will make up all the beds unless you request otherwise. Please bring your own towels. If this is a problem, for example you are travelling from overseas or with public transport, please let us know and we will arrange some towels for you.
Smoking: All Apartments are non-smoking areas.
WiFi is available, free of charge.
Dogs: Sorry - much as we love dogs, Seabreeze is a multi-occupancy site, and we have to consider all of our guests.
Other pets: Small caged animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs etc may be accepted for a small extra charge - please ask!
A folding guest bed is available for use in the Top Apartment, for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
A child's cot and highchair are available on request.
